Nintendo sweetens the deal with the Wii U Deluxe Digital – more bang for your buck

Nintendo is set to offer Wii U Deluxe owners roughly 10 percent off the price in points of any purchase or download from its eShop and brick-and-mortar store. Collect 500 points, and a user gets US$5 in eShop credits, useable on the Wii U or 3DS. For instance if you buy a title for US$59.99, you will receive 599 points.

This deal will run from 18 November 2012, the day that the Wii U goes on sale, till 31 December 2013. The promotion website will only be launched sometime in December 2012, but the home of Mario will keep track of points from the day of the Wii U launch.
